Got myself a 5’x10’ storage for a short span of a month and I had Clive helping me out with showings of multiple indoor and outdoor units. Really helped with understanding the processes of signing up and informed me about the promotion of first 4 weeks free.

Really recommend this location if you want a smooth and hassle free experience.

Came in today just before closing, Ravi helped me quickly secure a unit when I needed it most. Did an amazing job finalizing the details and showing me the unit. Couldn’t recommend enough. 10/10

Love the outdoor facility and 24-7 access

I wanted to share a quick note of thanks to Clive at the Cartwright Avenue location. Moving and storage can be pretty stressful, but Clive made everything feel easy. He’s incredibly patient and took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed without any pressure.

Went this weekend of in snow storm but understanding but this was Monday had to physical had to shovel our way. Through the door not only that there was not heat was told is was weeks like that some things I had in locker froze any way long story short moved all my stuff out very disappointed will find better accommodations at the end of the day I should be refunded for my rest of days quick to contact you for payments but no answer regarding my concern wow

We had a great experience in AccessStorage at Cartwright Ave. We met Jason, the store manager, who is very professional in dealing with clients and guided us all throughout the move-in.

Accessing the storage was so easy for me, because anytime anyday I could go there, and the place was always clean. I will surely come back when I need it.

I had my storage for a short period of time but my experience was great. I set my storage unit up quick and easily online. Customer service was amazing. If I ever needed a new storage I'd definitely go back to access storage.

Customer service is great. Despite calling in late for registration Hassan made sure i got registered and move in that day. Keep up with your good work Hassan.

So after many months of ups and many downs in my life that lead to months of confusion and miscommunication, all has been settled. Manny Ali helped me tremendously through my trying times. After a couple of months when I thought all was in the clear another issue came up. I tried dealing with it but failed to resolve after talking to multiple people. I called Manny and everything was taken care of in a matter of minutes.
He is kind and caring and does his job well. Any company would be lucky to have an employee like Manny Ali.
