Excellent service on july 23! The male employee working there (im terrible with names sorry!) was very clear and thorough with his explanation of the terms and conditions of storage rental. The unit itself is clean and well kept. I've also had no issues getting in and out of the storage facility after the office is closed either. Overall great service

I was in search of a storage unit, so I made my way to Access Storage on Caplan Ave in Barrie. Right from the start the staff were extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. about a few days into my rental I had an issue with my door. I contacted the store to let them know and they worked very quickly to get it sorted out and fixed. The next couple of weeks I found myself needing a bigger unit- Again the staff at this location were quick to help- finding me a bigger unit and getting me moved out of my older one, making the transition easy and stress free. I would highly recommend Access Storage even more the staff at the Caplan location for all your storage needs.

I had a fantastic experience with Access Storage on 62 Caplan Avenue in Barrie. Karan and Casey were both super friendly and incredibly helpful in getting me set up with a spot for my trailer. On multiple occasions, I’ve spoken with Casey — she is absolutely amazing to deal with! Always professional, kind, and efficient. The customer service here is top-notch, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a reliable and friendly storage facility, this is the place to go!

Sign up was easy, check in was easy and access was easy. The unit was clean and accessible and with 24 hour access there is no issue getting to my stuff on my schedule.
