Secured units, clean, decent size. However their billing of every 4 weeks is "dumb". Instead of billing on the 1st of every month for example, it's every 4 weeks so..sometimes you land up paying twice in one month which is not feasible for alot of folks. This isn't the first time a customer has complained about such issue. All we got was "well that's just how we bill". Yes, we know, so change it to be a little more accommodating to your customers and more logical way of doing things. Seems like a set up to catch customers who can't pay right at 4 weeks to nail them with "late charges" nothing short of a money grab.Will be looking at other options for storage with a more sensible approach to billing.
