I had a great experience with Access Storage at the Leslie & Lesmill location (just off Duncan Mill Rd). The staff—especially A & M—were incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire facility is impressively clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the daily floor cleaning by the friendly janitorial staff—always done with a smile! 😃🧹✨
I was surprised to learn it takes him at least four hours a day to do it—amazing work! 👍

I really appreciated the variety of free dollies 🛒—from handrail styles to flatbeds and shelf carts—perfect for items of all shapes and sizes. Elevators and stairs are available, and everything is clearly marked for smooth navigation 🗺️🧭.

24-hour access ⏰🔑 made everything even more convenient, and it gave me real peace of mind knowing my belongings were stored in a secure, spotless, and temperature-controlled environment 🔐🧼. Bonus: there’s a FedEx and Purolator depot 📫📦 right across the street—super handy for shipping or pickups. The location is also close to both York Mills and Don Mills, which makes access a breeze 🚲🚘🧍.

I had a great experience with Access Storage North York Leslie location. On the first day of visiting, the management team provided very detailed information. They helped me find an awesome unit which matches our requirements very well. The unit is clean and very easy to access. Everything is perfect! Especially the price is transparency. During my 5 months’ renting, there is no any surprises. This is super impressive. I do have a very bad experience at another store years ago. They cheated on the price and ‘accidentally’ entered a wrong email into their system, so when I found out they almost double charged me, it’s almost 3 months later… anyway. Leslie location is the best! I definitely will use them again in the future.

We have rented a storage from End of November to today (Feb 21st) with the current location of Access storage!

I’ve been pleased with the service I got with this location.

Price was quite competitive, and you can cancel at anytime (no strings attached!)
You will receive emails monthly, and email very clearly instruct you, when you want to stop the payment and how much monthly payment is made.

Storage was also perfect, temperature monitored and 10/10 clean.

I wish I can remember the personnel at the office. She is kind, clear and instructive!

Appreciate all the help, pleasure doing businmess.

Fantastic place, very secure and clean, absolutely amazing staff, but the price will get really high fast as they said they will regularly raise the rent every 6 to 9 months by 10-15% (which is obscene), so definitely won't be with them on a long term basis, which sucks because if they didn't gouge me, I would be a loyal, long term (10+ years) customer, but because of their prices I won't stay long after the rent goes up. Lots of available lockers.

Nice storage space! They offered me a discount so I didn’t need to pay storage fee for the first four weeks. Good deal! You still need to buy their lock and pay the administration fee.

I was moving out today and I found out there was a box of VERY expensive and rare sports jerseys AND two leather jackets completely soaked in dirty water from the pipes leaking above the unit. This is clearly the result of mud and rainwater that leaked onto my unit and into my belongings. My two leather jackets are RUINED from the mildew and I had to throw them both out.

This is extremely irresponsible of access storage - you'd think that with them increasing the prices every year they would maintain the units better with at least a roof to cover the pipes. This is a warning to everyone - DO NOT use Access Storage because they literally don't care about taking care of your belongings even though they keep increasing their prices - the reason why I moved out in the first place and now I definitely will never come back.

Fortunately the water didn't reach my electronics or other valuables but what about yours? Think about that if you want to use Access storage.

EDIT: even after washing, the stains didn't come out. I am extremely disappointed and I know Access storage won't do anything about it. Just horrible

Very friendly, bubbly and helping staff at this particular location. Understanding of your needs and will try their best to help and accommodate you. The store managers are extremely agreeable and service swift and efficient. Rate is also very reasonable. Will highly recommend it to those that need storage space.

I went there last week for the first time, and they opened the gate, and I stored my photography stuff in the locker without any questions. I tried to go there this Sunday, and I saw I should have had an access code for entry, but nobody was there. I called the head office, and they said they couldn't provide an entry code. I lost my photography clients only because of their problem. Please make sure to store your belongings in a better storage facility. (New Update) -> Also, after 6 months, they increased my 4-weeks fee from $76.85 to $89.25 for a small unit on the second floor with more than 15 stairs.

I had a terrible experience with Alicia at this location. Firstly, she seemed very disinterested in her job and was very rude to me, for no reason. Since I was using Access Storage services for the first time, I wanted to understand certain things and all the responses I got were very sarcastic and lowkey racist. I don’t know if she has any kind of grudge against Indians because there is no reason for her to be rude. She definitely needs customer service lessons and I can ensure that the company will miss out on a lot of potential business because of employees like her. Never coming to this location again!

Alicia and Jason were excellent. They were very clear explaining the contract, due dates, terms and policies. I changed my mind from second floor reservation and they found me and main level unit. Process was quick and seamless and they had great energy. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Alicia Nollmeyer was fantastic!! She was gem through the whole process and made me feel at ease. She went above and beyond and walked me through the units to find the one the one that was best suited for my storage needs. Alicia is a star and its always a pleasure to see her when i pop in :)

Athira was really great at customer service and she was so professional with us. They way she explained everything to us regarding storage deals and plan was very easy to understand and it was remarkable.
