This tax year I needed to do my own taxes. I went in a couple times having questions about their process. It turned out I no longer needed them to file my Personal Income tax, but I did have questions about filing HST. When I went into their office the owner was so angry to see that I now had a question about HST he turned me away and yelled at me SCREAMING to get out.
Terrible place.
