I had my facials , great place with knowledgeable stuff - highly recommended a must to go place!
The Spa in the Village has been operational since 1987 and looks it. Based on what I saw the place is struggling to stay in business If I could give my experience a zero I would. The person providing my treatments talked non-stop about herself and her problems. When I tried to use my WaySpa gift cards I was told by the owner that I could not use the card to pay for tips and nor could she adjust the balance on the card if I was only using a partial value of the card - she could give me a credit on account however. That would be ok if I ever plan to return but I don't.
Best facial ever ....Excellent spa very friendly staff
Glad I found this little jewel in downtown Burlington ,Fabulous service and staff.I will be back.
I took my daughter who is 15 and suffers from acne for her first facial. The esthetician who performed her treatment was delightful and very knowledgeable about all skin issues. She made my daughter, who was very embarrassed ,feel at ease. We know follow a much better skin care routine and her face was immediately improved after just one treatment. Thanks so much for all you help and advise
I took my girl friend last Saturday on her birthday for the couples massage and I had a great experience . I love the massage it was so relaxing experience . Everyone was so friendly . Will definitely go back again.
I have been going to spas for years, traveling to them as well. I am not expecting much anywhere I go but for professionalism, actual estheticians, and cleanliness.
This spa is far from anything that you would expect from a spa. Extremely unprofessional and they even had a spa esthetician that was either on their first day ... But seemed more like She was just posing as an esthetician With the lack of knowledge and skills.
We were served a less than mediocre lunch, horrible massage, the exfoliating body mask left me covered in bumps, a pedicure that when I left I was in pain ( filing skin, pulling skin that was not even lifted), and the attendants were not educated on proper spa etiquette.
Although one of the girls was very nice, this experience was very disappointing. And after being to many spas... And also been to ones slightly mediocre ... This one needs a lot of work and improvements.
Would never go back and wish we didn't waste our time and the amount of money we did on this.

I went to Spa in The Village for my facial treatment , the staff was very knowledgeable. The place was beautiful with relaxing atmosphere . Had the treatment for a very reasonable price and with great results.

we booked a couples massage last Saturday at Spa in the village and it was a wonderful experience . We used suana, had some snacks and the massage was excellent. Very friendly place . Highly recommended ...
Myself and three of my girlfriends visited Spa In The Village last Saturday prior to my friends wedding. We had a fantastic time everyone is so friendly and professional. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty with sparkling drinks and a gorgeous fruit platter. We had our own private area to relax before our pedicures and facials.I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking for a special day.
