Botticelli Salon Spa

This place should be closed down. I've seen both stylists and estheticians that have done great work,I however don't know how they stay working at this salon. It's dirty and the front desk staff doesn't know how to answer the phone nevermind make an appointment.

The people who work in this salon are much more interested in gossiping among themselves than in their customers. The one thing I asked the stylist NOT to do with my hair, she did, and it was because she wasn't paying attention to me, but to what the other employees were saying. My hair looks awful; it looked better before going to the salon. I recommend staying away from this place.
