We provide guidance in chiropractic therapies, acupuncture, massage therapy, and psychological counseling. Oklahoma Pain and Wellness Center is dedicated to the mission of reducing prescription drug abuse in our community. We are a licensed site for urine toxicology screening. We uphold the highest standards in preventing drug diversion and abuse. This is to protect our most vulnerable citizens who are misdirected when they are in their time of most need. Oklahoma Pain and Wellness Center is a modern, environmentally friendly facility designed to ensure patients have a pleasant and comfortable experience. Environmentally focused, Oklahoma Pain and Wellness is located in a formerly unused carpet warehouse building. Upon purchasing the iconic structure, owner Dr. Jayen Patel remodeled the building with an upscale industrial-chic design reminiscent of Tulsa’s celebrated Art Deco period. The facility is heated and cooled by an in-ground geothermal well field deep below the parking lot. No fossil fuels are used on site and all equipment and products are purchased locally or in America. The facility makes every effort to be environmentally responsible. Oklahoma Pain and Wellness Center utilizes paperless records and promotes the use of renewable energy by supplying electrical vehicle plug-ins to staff. Oklahoma Pain and Wellness Center is dedicated to a holistic approach to pain management. The medical director brings years of experience from Boston, New York and Tulsa. The staff are dedicated to high quality of care run by a board certified physician. We offer a comprehensive pain management service where we offer injection therapies and pharmacologic therapies in the management of acute and chronic pain.
