I have been a customer of Imperial Self Storage for five years. The facility is conveniently located, easily accessible, and managed by a team of friendly and professional staffs. The operation is consistently well organized and maintained. I would not hesitate to recommend Imperial Storage to anyone seeking a dependable storage solution.

Such a great place for all your storage needs. I had a large heated storage unit with the contents of my home for over 10 yrs. Clean safe and never any issues. Staff super helpful and always there for you.

Looking for good storage space, then look no further than Imperial storage! I have been with them for 4 years since leaving Canada. The site is super clean, warm and my goods are in the same condition I left them. I now need to clear my lockers. Which was so full that I could really move in it. A shout out to Shelley who was amazing and provided me with the best solution to clear my jam packed locker, giving me space to organise myself. It meant a lot to me. Thanks so much Shelley. You were awesome. Thanks Imperial!!!!

I researched all the storage places in Port Coquitlam. The prices are all comparable but this location is excellent. Central with low traffic. The major difference is the customer service. It is outstanding. They are super helpful. They actually welcome you to call if you have any questions or need anything. Plus it's easy in and easy out to get your belongings. Love it! A+++++

Would not give a Credit for giving us a faulty truck.
There appears to be a management change and its for the worst.
Horrible customer service! We got a truck from them to move our items and it was defective, so much so that drivwrs were waving my brother to pull off the highway. Had to pullover multiple times which added over an hour to the trip but they still charged FULL PRICE. Phoned to complain and was told that truck apparently had issues befire and had just come back from getting "fixed", did they not check it after to make surw? . No apology, but they did thank us for "flagging" the bad truck for them...wth?! Phoned to asked to get a credit twice and have yet to recieve a response as promised by their staff. No regard for the safety of customers, staff non chaallant about a serious issue, total lack of follow through and no accountability. Do not recommend

I had an amazing experience with Imperial Self Storage in Port Coquitlam. From start to finish, the team was incredibly accommodating and never pressured me into anything — they genuinely just wanted to help me find the best fit for my needs. The ladies at the front desk (I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names) were the epitome of excellent customer service: kind, patient, and so understanding. On top of that, their prices were the lowest I found anywhere in the area. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly, highly recommend Imperial to anyone looking for reliable and affordable storage!

These ladies have been so accommodating, professional and respectful for the entire year and a half that I needed storage. They were very understanding when I needed a bigger unit, and also towards the end of my stay when I was in need of a smaller unit. They let me use the truck on site to move things around, and notified me quickly when different units became available that better suited my needs.
I would highly recommend Imperial Storage for their friendliness and top notch service. The locked gate, security cameras and 24 hour surveillance was a must for me and some places could not provide these features. They were also considerably cheaper than the competition, even half of what others were charging!
If you need short or long term storage with security, respect, professionalism, great prices and great attitudes, I highly recommended Imperial Storage!

My father gave me the reccomendation for this place when I needed a storage locker for a couple monthes. No problems at all. The grounds are well kept and clean, price is reasonable, I mean when I called around the storage lockers were all in a similar price range buy many of them weren't kept up as well as Imperial. I had a situation where I was a few days late telling them I was vacating my locker (it's supposed to be 1 week in advance) I was worried they were going to go by the book and charge me for an extra month but the ladies that worked there are so kind, they told me no problem at all, just move out and we will close up your contract. I'm so happy with the customer service here I would definitely use them the next time I need a storage locker.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. We put our name in as units are hard to get. They called us up and decided to take a 8’ X 20’ container, and also offered 10’ X 20’ inside locker. It was a bonus to find out about the use of a moving truck for free for first 5 hours. I have been recommending to everybody I know.

By far the best experience I've had with self storage. Facilities are the most clean, convenient, and secure that I've seen; and prices are exceptionally reasonable.

Just got a letter that my fee is going up a whopping $2 a month - after several years of being a renter there, that's all I've heard from them.

You won't find a better service anywhere else, I'd bet on that.

Upon arriving I found the staff to be very friendly, professional and efficient. I felt very safe with the public health orders and covid measures in place. They had a good variety of moving supplies available and as well a complimentary moving truck for move-ins. Security is great, there are locked gates with individual access codes that alarm in disarm your individual unit. And when I checked out of the unit I felt valued and appreciated for my business.🙂
