I offer counselling to individuals, couples and families, including adults, adolescents and children. I have been in practice for over 30 years, and can assist you with relationship and family issues, parenting; recovery from depression, managing stress and anxiety, eating disorders, recovery from addictions, self-esteem, peer issues, life transitions, and changing self-defeating behaviours through mindfulness approaches. I have a special interest in assisting those going through the painful process of separation and divorce, including adults as well as children, youth and adult children.
