In this beginners class your child will learn core principles of many different martial arts styles. At this level the students will not be memorizing forms. They'll learn the practical and functional application of techniques. And they'll be drilling techniques live from specific positions. These drills and techniques will be made safe and appropriate for their age group. In each lesson there will be an emphasis on de-escalation and not misusing martial arts.
