Here at Muscle Monkey Functional Fitness we are not only a gym, but we are a FAMILY! If you are looking to get in shape, this is the place to be! We offer several services. We host Functional Fitness Classes, Mobility Classes, Women's Classes, Beginner Classes and each of our trainers also take on personal clients. With all the knowledge we can find you the right trainer for any type of training you can imagine. We train stay at home moms, grandpas, athletes, fire fighters, mud-run racers, etc. You name it we've done it!
