Murphy VA Medical Center in Albuquerque where she completed a residency in neurology and a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Mahajan is board certified in neurology and clinical neurophysiology and is a member of the AmericanAcademy of Neurology.
