This is my second vehicle purchased from SouthEast Motors, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. SouthEast Motors offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the SouthEast Motors price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments. Two days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 7 business days. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great.

I had never heard of this place. But I came across it on another website while car shopping.

We had a great experience buying a car at SouthEast Motors! It was so easy and we didn’t have to spend hours and hours at a dealership. Honestly, the salesman that helped us made the biggest difference! He was not only the salesman who could answer all the questions about the cars but also a finance manager so he helped with the whole process. It was great to not get passed to a new person to handle the finance part. I sent in a few documents via email, he told me the offers and the next day, we had a new van!

Initially I was apprehensive, SouthEast Motors is different than what we all know about buying a car. However, the apprehension quickly dissipated working with Daniel. He was very nice, prompt, and helpful with all my questions and concerns. The paperwork arrived for me to review and sign but I decided to go with a different vehicle and Daniel was really patient about it and got the paperwork completed and sent quickly. After the purchase was complete, SouthEast Motors was great with their communication updates on when my vehicle would arrive. It was projected to take about a week but it arrived 3 days early. It arrived clean and in perfect condition.

I Bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited about two months ago. I waited for the whole purchasing process to be completed before I wrote this review. I have to say, I am really impressed with SouthEast Motors. From the financing, delivery, and registering the vehicle the whole process was very smooth and painless. I was very leery of buying a vehicle online without looking at it, but not anymore. When I first got the vehicle all four tires needed to be replaced. My first thought was, "This is why you don't buy a vehicle online and now I'm stuck buying four new tires". When I contacted SouthEast Motors with the problem, they were more than fair. SouthEast Motors had me take the vehicle to Discount Tires where they purchased four brand new tires for the vehicle.
The vehicle I purchased is in very good shape with low miles and was purchased for a very fair price. I would most definitely buy another vehicle from SouthEast Motors again.

Purchasing a vehicle has always been tedious and time consuming. Since the experience with SouthEast Motors, I doubt if I would go back to going to a dealership, the was the most efficient and stress free experience. Straight from the comfort of my home. The price was right, the selection of vehicles wasn’t limited to just one type of model or make, which made it easy to find exactly what I wanted. To top it off, the car was delivered safe and clean to my front door. I’m a highly satisfied customer.

I have been searching online for used Audi with low miles and lots of options. I had narrowed down everything I was looking for and then was just waiting for a great deal to pop up. Well, this deal popped up on SouthEast Motors as a "coming soon." It had everything that I wanted and the price was right. I reached out to SouthEast Motors to see if you are able to reserve coming soon vehicles and was told that they do offer this option. I asked how long from coming soon to listing and was told typically about 3 business days. The next few days had me checking the listing multiple time until the vehicle was available for sale. I immediately began the purchase, which was quick and easy. I paid cash, so once the contract was signed, I simply wired the money to SouthEast Motors and they quickly responded with a time frame for delivery. Everyone that I interacted with was very friendly and helpful and the entire process from start to finish was a breeze. I paid in full on a Thursday and was told delivery would be approximately 7 days. I was called the next Friday to say that my car was ready for delivery and a delivery window was offered that evening. Delivery was quick and easy and once I inspected the vehicle and signed off on delivery, it was ready to take out for a spin.

This place was pretty chill and laid back, went to test drive a 2016 GTI just to try one out and the process from checking it out online to getting an appointment is really easy and simple. The employees seem to be mostly car guys as we could tell from the cars outside the lot so that is also promising.
