Since you are not able to express your wishes if you are incapacitated or deceased, the laws of the State of Texas will decide for you unless you take the time to design your own individual Life Plan setting forth your wishes and desires during your lifetime and upon your death. If you correctly design your own Life Plan then the laws of the State of Texas will actually enforce your Life Plan rather than decide your Life Plan for you.
