Garden State Elite Medi Center is dedicated to helping all patients achieve physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. Our weight loss program begins with a look at your medical history and physical makeup, plus a full body composition analysis that will determine everything you need to know about your body for successful weight loss, from your BMI and body fat percentage to your muscle mass and recommended daily caloric intake. You'll then consult with a Certified Master Health and Wellness Coach and a Registered Dietitian to design a care plan suited to your unique needs and goals. We'll also assess whether you are a good candidate for prescription weight loss treatment. After 30 days, we'll meet again for a follow-up to assess your progress and adjust your weight loss plan as needed.
