Great Location. Shelley was a delight to deal (chat) with. Love the accessibility of my locker and the hours of operation suit me just fine. In fact, another small locker would be great, unless a large unit is available.... I'm gonna check right now!

I had to go to StorageMart when I was unable to find a place to move to. I was served by Shelley who was very helpful in determining what size unit to rent and purchasing a few moving items (boxes, mattress covers, bubble wrap, etc.). We also had a friendly chat while filling out electronic paperwork and breaking down associated costs and terms. Finally, she showed me the unit and how to access it. All in all, a lovely experience despite the unfortunate circumstances requiring me to rent a unit. 10/10. Would recommend.

I rented a unit from the 1st Ave Storage Mart and Shelley and staff were very helpful, polite and professional. The unit was perfect and easy to access. I even had a package mistakenly delivered to the storage mart (after I had vacated) and Shelley was kind enough to hold it for me. Great service. Great experience. Thank you Shelley.

Clean, secure, and always helpful staff. Recently flew into Saskatoon to check on my belongings. Hopeful but not optimistic that I would be able to condense my two units into one during my few days in the city. Unbelievably it happened and I am forever grateful to Shelley at StorageMart for her patient assistance and support in finding a suitable unit on short notice - it's not as easy as it may sound! Very nice storage facility. Very clean and well maintained with sufficient air flow, power saving and resources to move the stuff from entry point till storage unit. Even the staff is very helpful and polite. I recommend it 100%

HORRIBLE. Never ANY service when needed & the unit my things are in right now have MICE. They REFUSE to give a new unit due to this issue & only "solve" the problem with LAME TRAPS THAT DON'T WORK or are even set! I hope to NEVER use their services again. I will be complaining directly as well if my new furniture is ruined. SHAME ON YOU Storage Mart!

We have rented from StorageMart for two years for our non-prpfi - it has been the most wonderful experience. Lovely staff, supper attentive and friendly, as well as the unit is always clean. 10/10 would reccomend!

I am very happy I choose to store my valuables with them. The staff are very friendly and even stayed back a few minutes because I was running late from coming out of town. The place is very clean and there are cameras everywhere so you can feel safe. I definitely recommend them. Very reasonable.

This review is long overdue, customer service rep that works in the front Shelley was extremely helpful with my storage unit. She’s very knowledgeable and always happy to help and I had issues with the lock that I bought from them when I got a unit and she quickly helped fix the problem. Always very patient, calm and helpful. Great service!!!
