Daryl is the king of storage-based knowledge and knowhow with customer service that is second to none. If you're looking for storage or have questions concerning the process, I couldn't recommend this place any more.
The facility itself was clean, organized, everything was easy to get in and out, carts were plentiful and easy to find in not right in front of your face.
Look no further, you have found your spot if you've read this far.

I ended up at StorageMart after sitting in the Home Depot parking lot and doing a quick study of the many options right there. Got the free month, making the overall cost super reasonable, and the two staff members I've dealt with have been helpful and clearly engaged. Also, no scary storage unit vibes!

Had a great experience at Storage Mart. Spoke to Raoul on the phone who set me up with a locker and one of their promotions and then Paul D showed me the unit and handled all the paperwork. It was quick and easy and Paul was very gracious and informative. The price for the unit was also quite competitive and I feel that my stuff will be safe and secure for the foreseeable future. I would highly recommend!

After 5 months, I'm going to have to downgrade this review. Buried in the lease agreement is a clause where Storage Mart can, and I'm paraphrasing here, "raise the rate at their discretion, for any reason at any time." So they'll raise the monthly rate, randomly (around the 4-5 month range) and there's not really anything you can do about it. If you've got all your stuff stored there, it's unlikely you're going to cancel the lease and move it all out. It very much feels like this is standard practice for this type of business. But the whole thing felt sneaky and underhanded and left a sour taste in my mouth. If they had been transparent from the get-go, I'd probably think differently. But the way they go about it leaves a lot to be desired. Buyer beware.

Recently had to use StorageMart for a short term stay while moving house. Both Maris and Daryl were so so helpful and friendly. Shout out especially to Maris who moved me from the second floor to the ground floor so I could make a quick getaway on what was promised to be a busy day at the unit. If I ever need storage again I know where to go. Facilities were well kept, clean and tidy but I cannot compliment the service from staff enough. Thanks guys! 😊😊

Just came in to rent out a unit. Daryl helped us out! Uber friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and funny! The place is clean, climate controlled, clear layout. Use of dollies provided for renters. Easy access and close to home. Perfect for our short term needs! We will recommend to our friends.

Dealt with Daryl at the 120 Wicksteed location in Toronto. Super personable person, took the time to discuss everything, he disclosed everything cost-wise, nothing hidden. Helped me with the rental process. I was genuinely Impressed with him in particular, and with the facility in general. Incredibly clean and well lit.
