Seamless move in and competitively priced, I had a wonderful time getting settled in and on my way within about 5 minutes! Dianna was pleasant to deal with and they welcomed us with grace.

Staff was very friendly until the day I took possession and then they seemed impatient and although outwardly helpful, made me feel like I was bothering them. Snow got under the door and I guess you just need to expect that. Doors are very difficult to open by myself and it’s frustrating every time I go there. Price was excellent. Overall experience okay but not amazing and not terrible.

Customer service is number 1 with this company. I just closed out my account with them and was over the mid month notice by a day and no problem. Other companies I've dealt with would get you on another month's rent this point but not these folks. A very professionally kept business, lockers clean, snow removed promptly and great customer service.

I was extremely happy with Diana and her help finding me a unit for our storage needs. The unit I initially booked was too small so she was very accommodating finding a larger unit. The storage units are clean and secure. I really appreciated the motion light within the unit and the extra lighting for security around the facility

Great customer service! I have never used self-storage before and Diana made it so easy and simple! She walked me through all the steps, made sure I knew my price options for sizes and extras like proximity to the office. She went over all the security features of the location and gave me tips on how to make sure the door closes completely especially during winter with possible ice and snow buildup. Found out that the snow clearing is done very promptly and the area has easy access from a main road in an industrial area and it's a really convenient location.
