Yes I went to pay my bill in cash the manager Jacob refused it be a cause it was cash which I have been paying cash for 2 years there. The I went back up there and I tolhim the rep from T-Mobile was on the phone then he was been a smart ——- then I told him I was handicapped and he said mental or physical he said that I was retarded and his other to works laughed at that comment and he got mad cause I told T-Mobile person that was on the phone he called me retarded then he told me to leave the store after I pointed at him and yes I raised my voice I have not stopped crying since I think that was unprofessional.
