We arrived to pick up a 14' UHaul van for our long haul move from Toronto to Washington, DC and we had an excellent customer experience. The assistant manager even responded to our request for a good vehicle by providing us with an almost new UHaul truck. It was a nice gesture and we were able to drive with greater peace of mind, knowing that the truck was in good condition. The service we received was friendly, patient, detailed, and knowledgable. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone in Etobicoke.

I recently utilized the services of All Canadian Self Storage for a storage locker as well as UHaul rental. The entire experience, from start to finish, was supremely positive!
In a field where customer service is generally not even an element in the equation, the team went above and beyond, time and time again, to meet and exceed my needs.
I initially called for a quote and received friendly, prompt service, and a reasonable quote in line with the other providers I had already contacted. They were able to organize everything over the phone and email, to save me a trip over to the offices. When I arrived to move my things into the storage locker, the staff was super friendly and helpful, guided me to my locker, and made sure I had everything I needed to get started. I only needed the storage locker for a few weeks while I was in-between homes, so when I called back a week or so later to reserve a UHaul and provide notice, they recognized me, asked how things were going, and made the process very smooth. Finally, when I arrived to pick up the UHaul and move my things out, the staff went above and beyond, helping me pull the 17' UHaul truck around, checking in on me while I loaded the truck, as they passed by with other clients, and then offered me a cup of coffee before I headed out with a full truck and empty locker.
In addition to the great staff, the location is close to the highway, easy to access, and in a modern facility that makes the move in and out as smooth as possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with storage or UHaul needs.
