I find their reps have no interest in letting eployers have choices instead they just tell the potential employees they wouldnt be a match when the postings are more than a match. either write your postings better or make them bigger.

They arent interested in the employee just the company and even then they want to give them very few options and make sure it is a safe choice. I can understand want o make the proper match, but so much is beyond a resume, personality and attitude are what make the difference.
