Federal Elevator Systems

We used our elevator couple month and without any reason it's not working . They charge for everything -labor -145 per hour (min1,5 hour); travel-0.8 per kilometre,parts -depends.... UNDER WARRANTY
This company makes money selling and servicing bad Elevators. Unfair and expensive!

We had to pay this company $280.00 twice ($560.00 total) for minor repairs UNDER WARRANTY! Yes Labour is not covered under warranty in our case. Apparantly builder should have bought a separate package for Labour under warranty!!! . Imagine buying a car under warranty and having to pay for labour each time you visit service shop.We just recently bought a bran new house with a bran new elevator. With in less than two months we already had to call them twice to come in each time for minor repairs such as making adjustment to a switch and second time adjusting a loose connection which according to the mechanic the root cause is unknown. In and out it took them less than 5 minutes and each time they charged us $280.00. I suspect under this regime they could benefit well from not making good elevators. God help us with this elevator up coming repair expenses in future :(
