Clean, climate-controlled, and conveniently located storage. Pretty good customer service via phone. Overall though, feels slightly expensive for what you get (shorter access cut off time at 9pm than competition, and no dollies or carts to make use of). It would also be nice to see some effort put into online/self-serve customer channel.
Older lady working there was very unprofessional harrassed one of my truck fleet workers atleast 3 times & when he confronted the manager .She was like" no body cares because we're always full" Avoid this place at all costs. We are a Moving Company and due to unforeseen circumstances we will no longer be recommending our customers to this location.
Convenient and easy, prices are fairly competitive. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because access is not 24/7
Don't want to trash the business as the facility looks like it is nice, but they have no website. Pretty soon we're going to have autonomous cars and they have no website? How does one inquire by email? Do I have to write them a letter? Or better yet, maybe I'll send smoke signals instead. I bet someone forgot to pay their website hosting company.
Great storage facility, secure alarmed private storage units. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Easy access off Westwood Street in Port Coquitlam.
