When customers make purchases and their financing, always inform them about additional fees including sales tax from other companies.
I came in the store they were very helpful and generous to me. They helped me find what I was looking for, they even worried with me in the price.
During my sit down with the man I was very clear about the size bed I wanted on numerous occasions. He charged me for the wrong size bed, they were late delivering and they also was missing a piece of my furniture. The guys were late delivering, They didn’t deliver til almost 9:00 when my furniture was supposed to be delivered between 5/7:00. The guy accommodated me for the right bed size with no charge, “so he say” But now all of a sudden I’m stuck with a 2000 bed when I was told all I had to pay off was 1200 . They be trying to get over. 🙄
