Terrible experience. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Need to remember customers no long have to put up with rude, condescending sales staff. My husband and I were there yesterday, and I was shocked to see how the salesman behind the counter tried to make him look stupid just for asking a question. Then a young fellow made a query to which he was also replied to snarky. If this is what makes this man feel like a big shot - to put your customers "down" then you will lose a lot of business to the internet. That is exactly what we did. We left the store and ordered online - not through Neutron. Smarten up folks and treat people with respect.
