Each of the yoga classes we offer at YogaSix has a specific focus including: strength, agility, flexibility, balance, relaxation and overall wellness. Our classes are energizing, empowering, and fun! We deliver life-enhancing benefits through our six core classes: Y6 101, Y6 Restore, Y6 Slow Flow, Y6 Hot, Y6 Power, and Y6 Sculpt & Flow. We are located at 151st Street and Black Bob Road near Starbucks, Massage Envy, FedEx Office and Jersey Mike’s. Our studio is just down the street from Black Bob Park and Heritage Park.
