KNIVES LIKE NEW started in 2014. After mangling a turkey I knew my knives where dull. I couldn’t locate a sharpening service So I decided to do it myself. I learned all I could about sharpening, knives. I bought many books on the subject and watched hours of sharpening demonstrations on Utube. After acquiring state of the art equipment that sands the blade instead of grinding it, I’m ready to do your knives. My conclusion is sharpening is an art and a science.
