Sales staff was great and helped to solve a defective blue tooth problematic headsets by replacing 3 times. Fourth defective headset (all same brand) was not replaced, nor was it refunded. Manager said sorry, it's past the 30 day limit. So I said "Just to be clear, you have my money and I'm walking away with nothing" Yup.
Poor customer service policy.. Everyone, if you do decide to shop there, make sure if you buy something and it is defective, that it goes all wrong within the 30 day limit or else just throw your money out the window. Adding this to my Facebook page as well.
