GREAT MOVE..SHOWED UP AT 930 JUDT AS THEY SAID BROUGHT EXTRA WARDROBE BKXES RE.OVED OTHES FROM MY CLOSET. POLITE FAST FAIR PRICING.nothing changed the price i paid was exactly as quoted.Fred.Scott and Carmen tyvm.

Worst experience I have used Fred before and never treated like this. He so rude very opinionated and swears a lot. I don’t appreciate him telling me where stuff should go or placed. I’m the dam customer. He backed into trees causing damage and loves to argue. If I was next customer I would run far away. I will say his workers are great but lose Fred he sucks and first class rude guy.

This company was referred to me by a friend who manages Bosley Real Estate and I was very happy with the service from 1st phone call till the truck back door closed and left! Fred and Scott showed up right on time and wasted no time packing up 4 rooms of my house which consisted of furniture only and very few boxes and a few garden shed items. We dropped off to the new address and then proceeded to my mom's condo, which once again, was just 3 rooms of furniture as the majority of boxes I had moved into the new address already. Since the garage belonging to mom's condo had a lot still in it, Fred offered to keep condo belongings on truck overnight and return the next day before noon to complete the move. That was fine by me because moving 2 homes into 1 was overwhelming and it gave us time to do a lot of unpacking to make room for the following load. Everything seemed easy for them and they placed everything right where I needed things to go. Quick to put beds back together also. Furniture was wrapped and protected with plastic and mattress pads also covered completely. 2 men the 1st day, 3 the next, 10 1/2 hrs. I would definitely recommend!! Thank you to Fred, Scott and Matthew for a job well ✔️ 💯

Fred(the owner) is very rude to his customers. He over charges, and will damage your belongings, even his own employees don't like him so that should say everything about his terrible operation.

Diamond Star Moving Hauling. The worst moving company you could ever hire. They're ignorant. All they do is complain about the amount of work there is....... You're moving a 4 bedroom house.... Of course there is going to be a ton of crap!! Get over yourselves and do your job that you were hired to do & stop complaining!! Would give zero stars if they let me!
Edit: After this review was written they then started calling & threatening us if we didnt take this down. Not very professional if you ask me.
