After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI, Dr. Levi earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, NJ. He completed his internship at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ and then conducted his fellowship in anesthesiology at Stanford University Hospital in Stanford, CA. He also completed his fellowship in pain management while at Stanford.
