I’ve used Public Storage twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. The facility on Jane Street in Vaughan is clean, secure, and well-maintained, with everything you’d want from a storage space—temperature control, safety, and easy access.

What really stands out, though, is the staff—especially Kelly. She is incredibly efficient, professional, and respectful of your time. When I came in on a very tight schedule, she had everything completed quickly and smoothly, without cutting corners. She goes the extra mile to ensure you get the right unit at the best price, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers.

Because of Kelly and the overall reliability of this location, Public Storage has become my go-to choice. Highly recommend.

First of all, the very pleasant attention of the lady who attended to us and helped us make the best decision in the store, always friendly and the solution was very fast… I live in Markham, but I prefer to store my things and personal items at this address of Public Store… I recommend it to all my friends, family and those who can read these recommendations… apart from everything it is a very, very clean place… I loved it… I am also happy for the good security of the place.

Just rented a unit here. Jordan and Simran were very helpful and informative. They made the whole process very easy and stress free. The units they showed me were very clean and the price was very cheap compared to the other facilities near their location. Would definitely recommend to everyone who is interested or need storage.

This is my first time using a storage unit and I found my experience really pleasant. Both Jordan and Kelly are accommodating, they elaborately explained how everything works. Really smart people and funny, for a bit it took away my stress and worry of not having a place to put my stuff. All in all, it is a 9/10 experience. Keep doing a great job! 😊

I stored some extra items that I had from downsizing and the location was convenient. The storage accessibility was comfortable, the hours of access were excellent, there were wheeled trollies and carts to move my items with. When it was time to close the account and clear out, that was easy as well.
The only issues that I had were: 1) My credit card changed and because they couldn’t bill, I was charged a hefty fee for being late without simply calling me. That’s was one time. 2) The price went up for the unit without much warning and there is no prorated reimbursement if I wanted to downsize the space or end the rental early.

Clean and welcoming environment. Kind and helpful staff. It's great that they offer a clean washroom on site as well.

However, I do wish they were open until 11 instead of 10. I also feel it is in poor taste to just raise the monthly fees at any given moment. Not even 6 months in and they are already raising the monthly rental rate.

Still a great unit but some things to take note of and consider.

I have decided to leave my current storge unit because they simply are not keeping up with the maintenance. Public storage is 100 times better than my current unit. Kelly greeted me and helped me with all the details. She is extremely hard working and you can really see she cares both about the customers and the building. On both of my visits they were cleaning the facility and completing scheduled maintenance. This place has got their act together. If the rest of their staff is half as good as Kelly they will be around for a long time. Stephen and Mary B.
