I had never been in a car accident before and turned to google to help find a place that would do a good job with my car. Metropolitan Auto was so highly recommended that I decided to go to them. From the moment I entered till the day I got my car back, I was completely worry-free. They handled my insurance, made sure I had all the paperwork I needed, and were super helpful in keeping me updated and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to make sure they have a worry-free and high-quality car repair experience.

A lifesaver! They did a great job and had fantastic customer service. I had a construction vehicle hit my parked car. Dealing with their commercial insurance was a nightmare, but as soon as
I brought the car to Metropolitan they handled everything for me. Saved me time and headaches. Great shop.

I was at a loss of where to go because I didn't think I would be able to find a body shop so easily. After reading dozens of reviews, I decided to go with Metropolitan Auto Body & Paint,
and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. They did extensive bodywork to my car. I was presented with what seemed like a brand new car, I would have never guessed it was hit in the first place. Made this whole stressful process bearable and I definitely would recommend their service for anything auto-related.

I hit an animal and my front end and radiator were completely destroyed. The team walked me through the process and ensured I stayed updated throughout the repair. They worked with the insurance company directly and made sure I was taken care of and my car would get everything it needed. Ultimately, the car looked great and drives as good as new.

Had a fantastic experience here. Walked in and was immediately received. Told them that my brake lights were out and my left blinker was also out. Extremely friendly staff, extremely reasonable pricing, and discounts. Genuinely easygoing people. After almost an hour, I was able to drive off with brand new lights and a fixed blinker. Fast, simple, respectable.
Definitely have my clientele.

We (wife and I) have been customers of Metropolitan Auto for almost 5 years. They have done bodywork for us several times, some major, some minor, on our 3 Honda Accords.
Every job had been done very well, excellent quality work, the fit, and finish are great and their paint blending is the best of any shop I have used anywhere and elsewhere.
I recommend them highly. And we have referred others who were pleased.

I was directed to Metropolitan Auto by my insurance company after a car accident. However, the fact that they work with lots of insurance companies offered me the trust that they must do a good job. The staff was courteous and efficient. The job was completed quickly and well.

Alex is great and they did an exceptional job fixing the body of our driver side door. This is the second time we've been to them. They fixed the entire front of our car after it was hit,
while parked, by a truck... My wife dropped the car off and I picked it up, completely seamless. They also fixed a few scratch marks left by my father in law just because they wanted to help us out. Great service all around.

Alex did a great job. My car never looked better. It was quick and painless. Thank you very much. I would have not been able to get to work if it wasn't for them.

The team was a breeze to work with during my repair process. They kept me informed and fixed my car to perfection. It was a true pleasure having my auto repairs done here.
My BMW X3 was repaired in a timely add professional manner. I will definitely be going back for any future work. :)
