Check on clients more often, How about you don't allow them to sit in their own stool/urine or assume every 3-4 hours is a good time to check them. Residents are ignored. These are humans-not pets that are pooping on a scheduled time frame!

Get with your cleaning staff - your room floors are filthy, and we have even seen nats flying in the rooms around patients with dirty areas. Lazy nurses and techs you have to go grab them from areas even though your alarm has been going off for over 45 mins plus. Most times they are hanging in the watch glass area talking instead of answering alarms pressed by the family for help or residents who need help or be changed. Patients have fell to floor while hall doors are closed (halls should be open at all times) residents can't get the help they call for.

I've seen a white male resident with slight mental retardation asking for help and telling the Hispanic (fat) tech/nurse that his head was hurting bad asking for help and she just ignored him! He literally was sitting on his walker seat in front of the nurse's station asking for help holding his head! Who would treat people this way? The residents are just treated like stray dogs or homeless people that you tend to ignore. How sad this is literally no heart in some of these workers.

Rooms are hot! Some rooms must have mold because you become ill and cough/throats burn due to whatever is in the vents or in the walls. Rooms sure look nicer online than in person. This place is depressing. You would think with all the money they make off these patients this facility would invest to at least make it livable and lively for these patients in their last days.
