I have never seen a staff so dedicated to its residents. The unpaid overtime, extra work, coming in on weekends. They have an incredible work ethic. I have never been to another therapy but from what i have heard from others this one is by fat the best. Its adapted from person to person, no one has the same intervention approach, which makes it so great. They will make you face you reality but will always be there to catch you. The more you advance the more they will let you fall, but never flat on your face. To go there, you have to be ready to change your lifestyle. Some staff are former addicts, some aren`t but they all have the education requirements for their job, unlike a lot of places were once a resident finishes, after a few months, he can become a counselor. Theirs about 80-90 yrs of experience within the whole team. If your ready to work on yourself and change your life, this is the place to go.
