I am an experienced registered massage therapist practicing for over 15 years. In 1998, I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) which involved 2200 hours of training. I have been a member of the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO) since 1999. My post-graduate work includes Pre and Post-Pregnancy and Infant Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Scapular Stretch and Rotator Cuff Release Workshop, Reflexology, along with courses in Sports Massage & Nerve Mobilization Training. I have experience in the use of such therapies as deep tissue, scapular stretch and rotator cuff release, trigger point therapy and nerve mobilization techniques. I used these and other techniques to assist in the recovery from injuries, such as repetitive strain injury. I continue to attend workshops to advance my present modalities as well as to learn new and complementary techniques.
