Having been a service plumber for 20 years +, I have learned that your satisfaction for a job well done is of the utmost importance. Spending an extra minute adding redundant sealant or adding a little extra torque to a slip joint drain fitting or only providing material I would comfortably put in my mothers home, is only part of the philosophy. Communicating the "how's" & "why's" and treating you like a good friend is the other part.
