Viking Property Management has been in business since 1976. Toni purchased Viking Property Management on July 1, 2004. We started with 104 units and have grown to over 175. DeLora joined our office in November of 2009. We are a family run business our 2 grandsons helping where they can. Viking Property Management LLC manages over 175 units in the Prineville, Powell Butte and Bend area. We have an assortment of apartments, duplexes, townhouses and single family homes. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 8am to 4pm, Friday 8am to 1pm, after hours by appointment. We stagger our lunches so someone is in the office at all times to better serve our customers that may only have lunch time to do their errands.
