Took my dress in in August to be sold. Brought it in in perfect condition freshly dry cleaned. After months of waiting I decided to pick it up to try and sell on my own. When I got there they handed me my dress which was now stained yellow on the front from being in a window and most of the beads were coming off and covered in snags from not being properly taken care of. Will never bring another dress there again!
From the moment I walked in I was treated with the upmost dignity and respect. All the employees were helpful and very knowledgable. I looked amazing on my wedding day and its all thanks to Lady Di's. I can't thank them enough. Amazing service all the way
