Welcome to the Newport Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Associates website—we are a multi-specialty practice offering a wide range of cosmetic, revisional, and reconstructive surgery procedures, and we look forward to serving your medical and/or aesthetic enhancement needs. Our practice was founded in 2006 by Board Certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Hisham Seify, PhD, FACS, and our well-equipped and tastefully appointed facility is located in Southern California’s Newport Beach area, with satellite offices in both San Juan Capistrano and South Orange County.
