the staff are very obviously underpaid and unhappy people in general if you ask a question of anyone they look from side to side to see who is going to be listening to how they will be answering, as if in fear of constant scrutiny.those who are past caring are down right rude and any seamstress they manage to get for a while will be so arrogant to a beginner that those of us shopping in the store usualy have to rescue them.as for general policy any company this size that refuses to be computerized for the conveneince of the customer has figured out how to make it far more profitable to make the customer suffer . there is however something you have overlooked your core market is soon to be boomers and we are not stupid and we have enough stability to pay the extra couple of bucks to support our local comunity bussiness people, and not the mass market chains. we are willing and able to make the extra drive to lovely comunities like perth ont. that offer the same membership privelidges free of charge and you are a person not a card if your card is in your other purse you are treated as an adult not punished like a small child for not having the bloody courtesy i had to pay for !! unbelievable!!it is NOT as your staff have been trained to say the same as a credit card this is what you make them say instead of this makes more money than putting in computers . good luck m wellington
