Early on I had a lot of family members who passed away due to various illnesses. I just wanted to be part of the care team process and the team that took care of them. I loved seeing the doctors there, and I knew I wanted to pursue that later in life and also be part of the team that prevents things like that from happening. I knew that was my path in life pretty early on.
