My entire life I've wanted to be a doctor. I fell in love with OB/GYN while I was in my residency and I've been delivering babies and taking care of women for more than twenty years now. It's important to me that each of my patients leaves me thinking 'that guy cares about me and I don't think I could have gotten better service anywhere else.' I operate on the core belief that patient care needs to be individualized, and patients need to know the pluses and minuses of each choice. Forty years ago, patients were simply told to have a hysterectomy. Today, we discuss all the options, and the patient makes her own decision about care.
