The food is always fresh and the service is always good. Nothing less can be expected from Tim Hortons. Recommended place to go to for a cup of coffee.

The coffee is always fresh here and its never burnt as in some locations! Most of all its the great service that makes this one of my favourite locations!

I am usually shopping at Homedepot and often drop by this location near IKEA STORE. The service is exceptional and friendly.. Must be the good management and staff they train.. Great work.. keep it up..

Hi my name is Debbie Bayley and I live in Alliston Ontario. I stay down at my Mother's in Etobicoke once a week. I go to the Tim Horton's on Royal York and the Queensway on my way to work around 5:15 in the morning. When I go into get my coffee in the morning the staff at that time is so friendly. I keep forgetting to look at their name tags so that you their supervisor can tell them how they make my morning start off fresh.
Hopefully this gets to the proper store so you can share my letter with them.
