Waited at speaker for 2 min.
employee comes on laughing.
Keeps cutting us off.
Get to the window doesn't even have the one coffee ready. There is no one in front or behind us.
Gets our breakfast sandwich and hash browns ready gives it to us and forgets our bagel coffee and water. So we ask for them she goes back makes our bagel - which was not toasted at all.... gives us our bagel and we have to again ask for our coffee... we ate going out of town and get on the highway only to realize they put herb and garlic cream cheese on a everything bagel that was supposed to just have bacon because I'm lactose intolerant. And our breakfast sandwich was made on an English muffin not a biscuit and it's not toasted either. So we call the store at 6:08 - 8 min after leaving the store until 6:20 and can't get through from a bust signal... if I was management I'd be looking into what my employees focus was while at work because it obviously isn't customer service.
