CPAP Outlet

I ordered a full face mask and paid for it more than 10 days ago. It has still not arrived. Sent email and called several times and asked for a refund . My husband needs it urgently but they are not refunding the money . They say they need to start an investigation first. Customer service is horrible . Never order from this company.

Terrible customer service. Instead of receiving the order I paid for, I was sent someone else's order, including a packing slip with the person's name, full address and phone number. My emails were never returned, and after waiting for a reply I had to phone them numerous times. The representatives on the phone aren't authorized to do anything, and were completely blasé about the situation, its seriousness and seemed in a rush to get me off the phone. As of this writing I still have not been able to speak with anyone and the situation remains unresolved. Oh, and MY actually order still needs to be sent to me.

It appears we ordered the wrong mask from the wrong company.

None of the phone numbers work. Emails are not answered. But they were fast enough to take my money and send the product out.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Do not order from this company you will lost your money. They charged my credit card and never send the order (10 days ago). They not respond to my emails or the phone. This company is a scam!!

I ordered my cpap machine on August 2nd, 2022. When I contacted the company, they replied saying my machine is ready to be shipped. I've left messages and emails asking them to contact me to process the final payment. Haven't heard from them in over a week 😕. It would be nice if they could provide the service!

Anyone thinking of ordering from them should be very careful. They made an error in an order of 2 masks and are refusing to remedy their supply mistake. Emails to them are ignored and phone calls produce preemies that a manager would call me back (3 times so far in over 6 weeks) and that never happens. I am out $445 and so far no remedy. Buyer beware. December 5/22 update: After my earlier review was posted and after I complained to the Better Business Bureau about them, it appears that I got their attention. I now have the 2 correct headgear. Too bad it took them 6 weeks to remedy their supply error but at least they have now done that.

I bought a Resmed CPAP machine and ResMed AirFit P10 Nasal Pillow Mask from CPAP Outlet. It is comfortable and less bulk than other brands. I used to go out of my way not to use my machine because I felt that I couldn't sleep with it in, but I find with my Resmed I'm able to sleep in the comfortable positions I like. I also like that it's relatively quiet. As with any CPAP machine, they could always be ideally smaller and more silent.

I had the occasion to use the chat for help. It was quick and efficient.

My first time getting a CPAP machine. I was kind of dreading it. But I kept strong and thought to buy it. I saw a huge collection of masks in the CPAP outlet's website and I ended up ordering the package which I think is a great deal compared to others.
I would surely recommend this to others.
I am also thinking to buy another one for me that can be used for traveling.
