Phil has been cooking for the past 36 years and has been a chef for the past 34 years. You may have tasted his fine cuisine at Cocktail and Shotz in Midland or at Arthur's Fine Family Dining in Penetang. Most recently, Phil was the executive chef for Restaurant Sainte-Marie in Midland in 2003 who brought Lobsterfest to the place that summer. Phil now runs his own successful catering company, Phil's Catering, and has expanded to included party rentals - he is now THE one-stop shop for all your catering needs.
