The work is great when the contractor actually shows up. Our kitchen Reno is 5+ months in and we have pre-paid this contractor for many things, none of which are 100% complete. Our bathroom project started in June 2022 is still not 100% complete. Plus things got damaged that he has no intent on paying for. He takes your money and does NOT SHOW. He has stolen our money and not made good for the promised work. He has done this multiple times and my husband feels sorry for him, gives him more money in the hopes he will come back. He takes the money does 25-50% of the work and then doesn't come back for weeks or a full month at one point.
