Marlboro Window & Door Mfr Ltd

We had our windows replaced by Marlboro last year and were very impressed with the product and service provided. Their staff is extremely knowledgable and were able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Installation was very efficient and they were courteous and professional at all times. We had some questions after installation and they followed up quickly and were able to send someone out to make some adjustments almost immediately. Highly recommend Marlboro if you need new windows.

Not Happy, I purchased 21 guillotine windows: Top comes down and bottom goes up: for my building most will not stay up, the others fall down, parts break off and they deny responsibility. They sent over an installer sub contractor who broke other windows trying to adjust and crank the springs and never comes back to fix them. I spoke with customer service and they say that it is my fault that it was misuse and i will have to pay for any repairs. What do you call it when the expert installer breaks your windows in front of your face. Is that misuse or abuse. I want compensation for this treatment and will not be swept aside till Marlboro Window and door fixes or replaces their cheep windows.
Marlboro knew they were for my building and they would be used by ordinary everyday people.
The windows did not close properly at the top and it was much colder in the units. Not too good for the environment and the heating bill.
I will wait for their response and try other strategies, BBB is next, then Consumer protection, Facebook etc. Would Rate as -1 but i need at least 1 to publish

Patio door installed opening the wrong way (the signed contract is for the right way). Can't fix for another couple of week. Cabinetry arriving and appliances which butt up against it. Can't guaranty it will be repaired soon. Paid someone to remove our stone step outside the patio door as the entrance was SUPPOSED to be on the other side. Now have no step outside our patio door.
Threw blinds and brackets the floor or on wood furniture
Disabled our alarm system by cutting wires..now it is calling the fire dept.
Left a mess in the garage of sawdust, cuttings
Used our other contractors shop vac and left it on our carpeted floor full of dust and dirt
Were supposed to install lower level now and upper in July due to a tight construction schedule as per our contract. Delivered them all this week and said they were installing them. Our schedule has been pushed back for our flooring installation which pushes back our contractors schedule.
