Exterior Finishing

The windows that we had bought from them had problems right from the beginning. They have an extreamly cold draft coming from them and they also freeze shut where we are unable to open them, which we were told to open would help with the humidity problem. I realize that we have a moisture problem in our house and the windows to tend to sweat. That does not explain why the windows freeze solid where to a point were they become a fire hazard to my family. We have made nurmous phone calls to exterior finishing about the problem and it was never rectified. Know that they are off warranty they tell us that,if they come over know, it would be a 200 dollar service fee to look at it. We are unable to even sit on our couch without a blanket.Tell me people were does it end? Do my childern have to die before something gets done about this matter.This problem has be on giong for about 4-5 years now, the last conversation that my wife had with exteriors rep,she got laughed at like it was a joke to them. If you want bad windows from a company like this, that sell a bad product, I say all the power to you, but you know down the line are you going to run into problems, (THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK, THATS A GARANTEE).We also went out and purhased a dehumidifier for the moisture problem. It still does not explain the freezing of the windows.There is a draft coming from some were to freeze the windows like that and had other companys that install windows say that there is a problem,maybe I should have spent me money with them. I know that thay would have been there for me.
